Every purchase is shipped fully insured with a reliable courier service. Once payment is made you will be receiving your purchase within 7 days, depending on your location. EU/UK shipping usually takes 3-5 days from the moment we receive your order.
Once your item is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number, so you can monitor and coordinate the delivery process.
We ship diamonds worldwide at no extra charge to you.
Orders purchased can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. You may also exchange your item for another one within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging together with certificate.
Items which have been altered, damaged or without GIA certificate may not be returned or exchanged. Please allow up to 5 working days from the day we receive your returned item until your refund is credited. Please understand that after your refund is credited, your card issuer may require additional time before the refund is reflected in your account statement.
To return or exchange an item please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number. Within one business day you will receive a return authorization number and a return address.
Do not ship items to any of our offices without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case you want to exchange your item you may not be eligible for free shipping and will have to pay extra shipping costs.
